Terms of Service

1. Payments & Packages
To secure your preferred schedule, all sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. I offer package-based booking (e.g., blocks of 5 or 10 lessons). Your payment reserves these specific time slots in our calendar. Please ensure payments are completed before the first session of the booked package begins.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
I understand that life can be unpredictable.

• Notice Period: To cancel or reschedule a session without penalty, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

• Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice, the session will be considered "used" and cannot be refunded or rescheduled, as I reserved the time exclusively for you.

• No-shows: If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the full fee for that session will be charged.

3. Refunds & Expiry

• Unused Sessions: If you have prepaid for a package and are unable to continue, please contact me to discuss your options. Unused sessions from a package are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Tutor Cancellations: If I (the tutor) need to cancel a session, we will reschedule it at a time convenient for you, or the session credit will be returned to your account.
